Full dry-out kit
Dehumidifier, 4 air movers, HEPA scrubber, meters, vac, hoses — everything for one room or one floor.
LGR dehumidifier only
~130 pint/day class, built-in pump. For damp rooms, crawlspaces, or finishing a dry-out.
Air movers (set of 4)
Four axial movers, ~3,000 CFM each. Pull moisture out of floors, walls and cabinets fast.
HEPA air scrubber only
~500 CFM HEPA. Clears dust, musty odor and airborne particles during and after a dry-out.
Weekly rate applies automatically on day 5. $300 card hold at drop-off, released at pickup. Delivery and pickup included within 25 miles of Gastonia; $1.50/mi beyond. No sales tax games, no fuel surcharge.
What a full-kit rental actually costs
Daily rate × days, capped at the weekly rate every 7 days. You never pay more than $650 for any 7-day stretch.

The fine print, in full
- Deposit: $300 hold on a credit or debit card at drop-off. Not a charge. Released at pickup once the equipment checks out.
- Delivery & pickup: included within 25 miles of Gastonia. Beyond that, $1.50 per mile each way, quoted before you commit.
- Setup: included. Placement, drain hose, moisture reading, walk-through of the setup sheet.
- Day count: starts the day of drop-off, ends the day of pickup. Drop-off and pickup on the same calendar day counts as one day.
- Extensions: call. Fine if nobody is booked behind you.
- Damage: normal wear is expected. Missing items, physical damage, or equipment returned contaminated comes out of the hold, at replacement cost if it's beyond repair.
- Payment: card at pickup for the days used. Invoicing available for property managers and contractors who rent regularly.
- Cancellations: free before the truck leaves. If I've delivered and you change your mind, it's one day.
